Melissa entered a new phase of life this year, one that has been full of heartache, surprises, and loss. It has not stopped her from leaning into the unknown of this newness and finding joy in spite of a difficult part of her story. She’s turning her pain into purpose and learning to live in light of all she’s experienced. We’re so happy to have met Melissa and been able to document her and big Mr. Fluff as they are, in the present, healing and hopeful.
