We met the Smith family at an event in Birmingham just a few years ago and have loved getting to be a part of documenting their years. There is a memory trail of photos that line their walls and albums and now Christmas cards they send to friends and family that we got to play a part in. Our job is truly humbling and fun, and it’s a joy to have relationships with the people we photograph.
Not only are these guys just good people, but they’re also so creative! Papa Smith had a friend refurbish this amazing Vanagon, and Mama Smith made it look comfy cozy, Christmas adorable. This was one of those shoots where you just don’t want to stop clicking! Enjoy.
